Power Mac Center is bringing back its popular App Arcade Tournament Arcadium this 2018, this time it’s called ‘A.R.cadium.’ It’s not your ordinary mobile game tournament though, as it will feature augmented-reality games that both immerses players in a unique game world, all while showcasing the power of iOS devices.
A.R.cadium is the fifth staging of Power Mac Center’s App Arcade Tournament, and it will not only give mobile gamers a unique gaming experience, but also a chance to win exciting prizes. A.R.cadium Games
The first AR game for the tournament is Stack AR. It’s a pretty simple game, as players just need to stack blocks as high as they can. But it gets difficult as the game goes on, as imperfect stacking will make your blocks smaller.
The next AR title is Kings of Pool. It has players essentially playing eight-ball, but on their phones and in a virtual pool table. Scoring is much easier in this game than in real-life pool, but it’s still a fun and immersive experience.
Smash Tanks is, as the name implies, an AR game where the objective is to smash the opposing players tanks. Each player takes turns flinging tanks at each other, with the first to deplete their opponents’ health being declared the winner.
The last A.R.cadium game is The Machines. It’s basically a mobile MOBA title, but in augmented reality. With The Machines, you can transform any flat surface into a futuristic battlefield, where you try to take down another player’s (or an AI) base to win.
