The Heroes of the Storm Global Championship Spring Season begins

Get your squad ready, because the spring season for Heroes of the Storm’s Global Championship is almost upon us!
Heroes of the Storm, or HotS, is Blizzard’s “hero brawler” or MOBA has grown in popularity and once again, the spring qualifiers are here. This time around, the Philippines will actively take part, allowing teams of five to compete against other teams in the Southeast Asia region for a slot to move up through the tournament ladder.
The Southeast Asian Qualifier will see the top two teams from Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand competing for the top spot. All eyes will be on the SEA team, as they will represent the region at the Global Championship Spring Finals competing against the best teams all over the world from North America, Europe, China, Korea, Taiwan, Latin America and Australia/New Zealand, with a prize pool of $500,000 USD!
Each of the 4 countries will host its own respective online qualifiers where the top teams will advance to play against the best the region has to offer in March 2016. Signups for the qualifiers are already live.
